16.00-18.00    – opening ceremony

8.00-22.00      – sport outside the city competitipns, «Gorodok» - extreme training”

3-d day, 18.05

9.00             – breakfast

10.30-12.00    – intelectual debate and
   "Scientific and practical Conference "World without borders"

13.00            – lunch

14.00-18.00    – bus tour around St. Petersburg

18.00            – dinner

19.00            – free time

4-th day, 19.05

9.00              –breakfast

10.30             –official closing of the Festival, appeal to the Parliaments of their their countries.

11.30             –makihg of flower beds and planting flowers with the logo of the Festival
